we had a lovely experience at sonesta es suites, especially loved the adequate breakfast options like bagels and eggs; perfect to fuel up for a day at the park.

The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after busy days, and the spacious one-bedroom suite felt like a cozy home away from home. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a little variety, but overall, I’d definitely come back! 😊

However, cleanliness was a significant issue. our room had hair in the shower and unpleasant odors from the cleaning process. Misplaced items from the freezer compounded the disappointment, overshadowing the enjoyable meals like the delicious Manchego ratatouille.

The staff provided efficient assistance, helping me set up my presentation materials without delay. Breakfast options were satisfactory, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of beverages. The hotel's location near multiple dining options and entertainment venues was highly convenient.

Spacious one-bedroom suites have well-stocked kitchens for easy self-catering and a nice courtyard view. Convenient access to the I-Trolley at Stop 14 means local dining options are just a quick ride away.

The shuttle service to the parks is limited, with only two morning and two evening runs, making it frustrating for those who prefer public transport. A 2am fire alarm disrupted our sleep, taking a long time to get back to our rooms, and we received little information or updates during that chaos. Additionally, some rooms had musty odors, which could be off-putting at first.
